FOOS (https://foossound.com) is a personal artist website. This policy explains what data is collected when you visit, subscribe, or download music, and how it is used.
What we collect
Email address
Collected when you subscribe to the mailing list or unlock a gated track. Used to send music releases, news, and download links. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email, or by emailing hello@foossound.com.
Page view analytics
This site uses Vercel Analytics, a privacy-friendly tool that does not use cookies and does not track individuals. It records aggregate page views, referrers, and device types.
Download unlock cookies
When you unlock a gated track, a small HTTP-only cookie is stored in your browser for 30 days so you don't need to re-enter your email. No personal data is embedded in the cookie — it only contains an anonymous unlock token.
What we don't do
- We do not sell or share your email with third parties.
- We do not use advertising trackers or third-party cookies.
- We do not profile or build advertising audiences.
Data storage
Email addresses and unlock records are stored in a secured database hosted by Supabase (EU region). Transactional emails are sent via Resend.
Your rights
You can request deletion of your email address and all associated data at any time by contacting hello@foossound.com. We will process requests within 30 days.
